It was a long time ago. Most of my kids were young. It was summer and I was inside making lunch while the kids were playing in the yard. When I told them that lunch was ready they barreled into the house tracking sand and dirt all over the kitchen floor. I went into the basement to grab the broom so I could clean it up while the children were washing up for lunch. When I returned the kids were still crammed into the bathroom but the floor was spotless. I couldn’t believe it. Not a speck of sand or dirt any where. When I turned around to put the broom back there was a crow drawn on the chalkboard I kept on a counter there. It wasn’t there before and it was too advanced for any of the children to have drawn it. I was so creeped out I erased it right away and tried to forget about it.
