Shadow Man Sightings

  1. My husband and I were getting ready to go to bed for the evening. As we were brushing our teeth we heard the door to my youngest’s room swing open. We were waiting for the bathroom door to slam open, as it usually does with toddlers. Only it didn’t happen. I shrugged it off thinking that maybe she went downstairs instead to get some water. I finished my nightly routine and left the bathroom, shutting the door to let my husband finish his. I moved to check on my children, and shut my toddler’s door, only to find both of my children dead asleep. There was no way she had opened the door and fell completely asleep in that short of time. I thought it was weird but went upstairs to my bedroom. My husband came up shortly after visibly shaken. He said he saw a shadow pass by behind him in the bathroom. It was so dense that he was sure a whole person was behind him. He watched, not out of the corner of his eye, as it passed him and went through the wall with a window.
  2. My husband and I were in the kitchen chatting as I was cleaning it up for the evening. The kids had already been put to bed when my husband started staring out into the dinning room. Before he even moved, I heard my pair of rats jump around in their cage. They often do that when people get near, usually to get pet. My husband asked me if I saw that and I said I hadn’t. He said a shadow moved across the doorway toward the rats cage. I thought with the rats reacting and my husband not being prone to any sort paranormal things, it might be more than coincidence. I know it doesn’t look that way but he is very much the skeptic. Even the two times he has seen the shadow man he has tried to offer explanations that usually end up being very flimsy.
  3. My husband and I were watching TV in the living room. I told him I was going to the kitchen. I saw a shadow of a man move passed the doorway of the kitchen in the dinning room. In the same direction toward where the rats were. We had moved them to a new spot a while ago. I started talking to my husband because I thought he was plugging his phone in since we now use the small table against the wall as a charging station. I started jokingly fussing at him because he wasn’t responding to me and when I came around the corner, no one was there. He had went upstairs to use the bathroom and when he came down asked me who I was talking to. I laughed as I told him that I was talking to him because I thought it was him who went into the dinning room.
